Data Processing Addendum

This page summarizes how iEmad processes customer (tenant) data as a processor on behalf of its customers (controllers). A signed DPA forms part of the customer agreement; this summary is for transparency.

Roles

The customer is the controller of tenant data; iEmad processes it under the customer's instructions.

Scope of processing

iEmad processes tenant data only to provide the contracted modules and platform services.

Isolation & security

Tenant data is isolated per organization and protected by the controls described on the Security page.

Sub-processing & residency

Any sub-processors and data residency options are addressed in the signed DPA and enterprise configuration.

Deletion & export

Customers can export tenant data and request deletion in line with the agreement.
