Real-estate operations in their own Property workspace: portfolios, properties and units, occupant tenants, and the lease from draft to an occupied unit.
I-EMAD Property: what it does and its limits
What it does
- Build the property hierarchy — portfolios, properties and units — with a duplicate portfolio code refused.
- Record occupant tenants and leases; a lease starts as a draft and is submitted for approval.
- Approving a lease is reserved to managers: a user can submit a lease but cannot approve it.
- Activating an approved lease marks its unit as occupied.
- Roles apply inside the product: users can view portfolios, and only managers can create them.
- List pages for portfolios, properties, unit types, tenants, the leasing pipeline and leases.
- One organization cannot read another organization's portfolios, properties, units, tenants or leases.
- The Property licence opens the Property workspace and no other product, and a lapsed licence opens nothing.
Limits
- Collections, invoices and operational finance are partial.
- ERP posting is prepared as drafts only: nothing is posted to a ledger, and no payment or collection is executed.
- Connections to external systems are not part of this product.

I-EMAD CAFM
Facilities management over the same properties and units: service requests, work orders, preventive maintenance and assets, in its own CAFM workspace.
What it does
- Service requests move from new, through triage and assignment, to in progress.
- Work orders run from draft through assignment, acceptance and completion; completing a work order resolves the service request it came from.
- A manager, not a user, approves completed work, and a closed work order cannot be moved back to in progress.
- Preventive maintenance plans generate the work orders that fall due.
- Assets carry a facilities profile and can be moved to a unit.
- One organization cannot read another organization's service requests, work orders or properties.
I-EMAD Documents
Document capture, extraction, review and search.
Status: Configuration required — the limits below say what that means for this product.
What it does
- Upload documents for your organization; file types outside the accepted list are refused.
- Rule-based extraction fills an invoice template's fields, including the purchase-order reference, without calling an AI model.
- Each extraction run lists its issues, and a manager opens the review task.
- Search finds an uploaded document by its name.
- A document can carry a reference to a business record, such as a contract; the reference is stored as given, without looking the record up.
- One organization cannot read another organization's documents.
Limits
- Configuration required: classification, AI analysis and content indexing need an AI provider configured for your organization. Without one, they report that no provider is configured.
Support
Support is solo-operated, in business hours Sunday–Thursday (Qatar time). No uptime SLA is offered; any response commitment is set in your contract.
